Die letzten 10 Tage habe ich jede freie Minute in den Motor und leider nicht in die Pflege meines Blogs gesteckt.<\/p>\n<p>Als erstes ging es an die Montage des kompletten Kurbeltriebs, also der Kurbelwelle inkl. Kolben.<\/p>\n<p>Dazu musste ich mir erst mal den nackten Block vornehmen und die Zylinderlaufbahnen entfetten. Das Fett war uralt. Da auf dem Block die Jahreszahl 92 steht und der Block noch nie verbaut war, nehme ich an, dass er seit 20 Jahren irgendwo in der Ecke steht. Jedenfalls hat er trotz der dicken Fettschicht etwas Flugrost an den Zylinderlaufbahnen angesetzt. Jedoch nie so viel, dass man den Rost mit den Fingern sp\u00fcren w\u00fcrde. Also habe ich die Laufbahnen nach dem Entfetten \u00fcber Nacht mit rostl\u00f6sendem \u00d6l eingeweicht und dann ganz vorsichtig mit einer weichen Kupferb\u00fcrste entrostet. Nirgendwo sieht man Schleifspuren von der B\u00fcrste, die originalen Honspuren sind nach wie vor einwandfrei zu erkennen und der Flugrost ist signifikant weniger geworden. Ich hoffe, dass das so ausreichend ist. Immerhin muss man bedenken, dass so eine Laufbahn auch bei einem neuen Motor in &#8222;freier Wildbahn&#8220; quasi sofort Flugrost ansetzt und danach trotzdem funktioniert.<\/p>\n<p><a 576w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 112px) 100vw, 112px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Die Kurbelwelle dreht einwandfrei, demnach sollte das so funktioniert haben.<\/p>\n<p>Als n\u00e4chsten Schritt habe ich mir die Kolben einen nach dem anderen vorgenommen. Es wurden von mir neue Kolben von Kolbenschmid im richtigen Mass mit neuen Kolbenringen verbaut. Die alten Pleuel und Pleuellagerb\u00f6cke wurden von mir so gut es ging gereinigt und mit neuen Schrauben und Muttern versehen.<\/p>\n<p><a
