Diese sind im Gegensatz zur Gleitschiene der Steuerkette nicht geschraubt, sondern eingepresst. Leider sind eben genau diese Bolzen im neuen Block nicht vorhanden! Als ob das noch nicht genug gewesen w\u00e4re, ist zudem einer der Lagerbolzen (Spannschiene der Steuerkette) im Ersatzteilkatalog (ETK) von BMW mit einer falschen Nummer hinterlegt. Im ETK wird behauptet, beide Lagerbolzen, also von der \u00d6lpumpe und der Steuerkette, seien die selben. Das stimmt jedoch leider nicht. Der Bolzen der Spannschiene Steuerkette sieht ganz anders aus, ist l\u00e4nger und hat eine Verdickung.<\/p>\n<p>Also musste ich diesen Bolzen erst ein mal besch\u00e4digungsfrei aus dem alten Motorblock heraus bekommen. Nach diversen Versuchen, Anl\u00e4ufen und Rumprobieren hat es dann letzten Endes auch funktioniert. Leider hat mich die Aktion 3 Stunden und viele Nerven gekostet.<\/p>\n<p>Was am Ende funktioniert hat, war den alten Motorblock mittels kleiner Handl\u00f6tlampe lokal auf mindestens 150 Grad zu erw\u00e4rmen. \u00dcber den Bolzen vorne habe ich ein Aluminiumrohr gesteckt. Auf der R\u00fcckseite das Bolzens (die L\u00f6cher gehen gl\u00fccklicherweise ganz durch) habe ich eine kleine Nuss mit einem passenden Imbus als Druckst\u00fcck verwendet. Das Ganze habe ich mit einer gro\u00dfen Schraubzwinge unter Druck gesetzt. Mit einigen gezielten und wohldosierten Hammerschl\u00e4gen von hinten auf die Schraubzwinge kam der Bolzen dann irgendwann auch mal raus &#8230;<\/p>\n<p><a Bei der Montage war dann etwas Eile geboten. Also habe ich alles vorbereitet, den neuen Block wieder mit der Handl\u00f6tlampe auf 150 Grad erw\u00e4rmt und die tiefgek\u00fchlten Bolzen mit Hilfe von einem Alurohr eingeschlagen.<\/p>\n<p><a
