Das war ein ziemliches Debakel. Der originale Rohrverlauf stimmt hier \u00fcberhaupt nicht. Der Abstand zur Hinterachse ist zu klein, die Biegungen viel zu gro\u00df. Ich muss den ESD, anders als im Original, hinten weiter unten platzieren, da die Endrohre sonst wie beim Diesel nach unten zeigen. Der adaptierte Halter vom M40 wurde auf das minimal m\u00f6gliche Ma\u00df gek\u00fcrzt und sitzt nun sch\u00f6n auf Zug.<\/p>\n<p><a zum nun verbauten ab\u00e4ndere (Naht entfernen und Endrohre anschr\u00e4gen). Der nun von mir angepasste Rohrverlauf soll als Muster dazu dienen, Edelstahlrohre biegen zu lassen. Diese sollen dann mit einem neuen Flansch versehen direkt am ESD verschraubt werden, sodass ich sp\u00e4ter nur noch den ESD tauschen muss wenn er mal durch ist. Damit habe ich dann auch einen sauberen, ungeschwei\u00dften Rohrverlauf zwischen ESD und Kat.
